Financial services institutions, particularly large ones, are leaders in their use of data and analytics, making financial services a pioneering industry in this space. As small and medium sized financial institutions, including credit unions, are growing and evolving their capabilities, they have a great opportunity to become analytics driven organizations by leveraging predictive analytics.
